Q: How many people can travel on this vacation?
A: Get Up & Go Certificates are valid for 2 adults 21
years of age and up to two children under the age of 18.
Q: Where will I be staying?
A: Get Up & Go Certificates offer standard hotel rooms
rated 3 stars by Mobil or 3 diamonds by AAA or higher in each
destination.
Q: Is there a choice of hotels when
booking travel dates?
A: When requesting dates of travel – you may discuss customization
of your reservation with a travel professional.
Q: Are meals and transportation included?
A: This Certificate is for hotel accommodations only and does
not include transportation, airfare, room taxes, meals and
other miscellaneous expenses.
Q: Can I make additional travel arrangements
when I use my Certificate?
A: Yes. A travel professional will be able to assist you with
booking airfare, rental cars or additional rooms or nights.
Q. What is the issued date?
A. The "issue date" is the date the Certificate is presented
to you. The Certificate must be activated within 45 days of
this issue date.
Q. Are there any Usage Limitations?
A: You must be 21 years of age. Only one Certificate per household
per year may be used. Reservations are based on availability.
Not intended for conventions or group travel.
Q: When do I send in my refundable
deposit?
A: Deposit is due when you request your reservations. (Step
2)
Q: How is the deposit refunded and
how long does this take?
A: Deposit is refunded in the same format in which it was
paid within 30 days after travel. If paid by credit card,
the deposit will be refunded back to the credit card usually
within a week. If paid by check, your deposit will be mailed
to you. Please allow for mail time.
Q: Is this Certificate transferable?
A: No. This Certificate is non-transferable and may only be
used by the original recipient.
Q: How long do I have to use this
Get Up & Go® Certificate?
A: You must complete your travel before the expiration of
the Certificate. This Certificate is valid for twelve (12)
months from the activation date or no later than the expiration
date printed in the Terms & Conditions, whichever comes
sooner. You must activate your Certificate within 45 days
of the issue date.
Q: How to activate a Get Up & Go® Certificate?
A: There are four ways to activate a Get Up & Go®
Certificate:
1. Log on to www.gowithfairfield.com to activate the Certificate and request travel dates.
2. Activate by phone – 800-533-2427.
3. Complete your request form that came with
your Get Up & Go Certificate and mail it to Fairfield
, 5259 Coconut Creek Parkway , Margate , Florida 33063.
4. Fax your request form on an 8.5” by 11”
sheet of paper to 954-935-3619.
Q: Once the Certificate is activated is there a written confirmation?
A: Yes. Once activated a written confirmation will
be mailed within 3 business days. Please allow for mail time.

Q: When travel dates are confirmed
is there a written confirmation?
A: Yes. Once the travel dates have been confirmed a written
itinerary will be mailed out within 3 business days. Please
allow for mail time.
Q: Can I change a confirmed reservation?
A: Yes. Written notice of cancellation or changes to an active
reservation must be received at least 8 days prior to scheduled
arrival date. Failure to cancel or reschedule at least 8 day
prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of Certificate
and deposit.
